
DIRECTOR
Gary Davis is a Theatre Practitioner with over 30 years’ experience across directing, theatre management and professional performance. From 1993 to 2007 he was Theatre Manager at Abraham Moss Centre Theatre in Manchester, where he led the artistic programme and directed a wide range of drama, musical theatre, youth theatre and pantomime productions.
Alongside his work as a director, Gary has enjoyed a long career as a professional actor and singer, performing in major touring productions across the UK and internationally. This experience has given him a unique understanding of the rehearsal room, the demands placed on performers and the collaborative relationship between directors and creative teams.
Gary is particularly interested in directing and developing work in musical theatre, drama, youth theatre and community projects, bringing a collaborative approach, strong storytelling instincts and a wealth of practical theatre experience to every production.
